waters edge BUSINESS CENTRE provides fully serviced and furnished office space. Some Office Suites have picturesque back drops showcasing Lake Caroline which is in the heart of Caroline Springs.
Our private office suites can accommodate 1-5 people and feature great views and space whilst maintaining privacy and security. 
Fully furnished suites include a large desk, mobile pedestal, filing cabinet, executive chair and visitor chairs.  

Offices can be let as vacant rooms to be used as a studio or to furnish any way you please.

Each office has access to broadband internet both wired and Wi-Fi, printing and copying facilities, landlines with a personalised indial number, secretarial services, kitchen facilities and amenities.  

Clients may take an office for an hour, or stay indefinitely.  

Our kitchen and lunch area is open to use for all tenants of                  waters edge BUSINESS CENTRE.  It is excellently equiped and always stocked with coffee, tea, milk and biscuits for you.

Our kitchen has instant hot and chilled water on tap.
